The schedules here below indicate the steps of procedure to be followed for different Client-chosen financial instruments to access funding i.e.
Sovereign Guarantee
Steps of Procedure
- Client issues mandate to Stone-Bird Investments (SBI) – Download
- Client signs NDNCA with SBI – Download
- Client provides declaration of willingness to issue instruments – Download
- Client provides CIS (Client Information Sheet) – Download
- Client provide synopsis of Project(s)
- Client provides draft of SG in full value for wording to be agreed by the Parties
- SBI prepares submission to Investment Management Group (IMG)
- On acceptance by IMG client conducts its due diligence on IMG
- On satisfactory discovery by the Parties the contract as drawn by IMG is established
- Client issues SG confirmed by MT760 through a top western bank designated by or acceptable to IMG
- Client & SBI create a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in which each hold an interest, through which the funds are managed
- Release of funds commences approximately 6 (Six) weeks after process is concluded

Steps of Procedure
- Client issues mandate to Stone-Bird Investments (SBI) – Download
- Client signs NDNCA with SBI – Download
- Client provides declaration of willingness to issue instruments – Download
- Client provides CIS (Client Information Sheet) – Download
- Client completes schedules of Client Information Sheets (CIS)
- Client provides synopsis of Project(s)
- Client provides proof of funds from 20.0% of project(s) value but not less than USD 15.0million
- SBI prepares submission to Investment Management Group (IMG)
- On acceptance by IMG client conducts its due diligence on IMG
- On satisfactory discovery by the Parties the contract as drawn by IMG is established
- Client issues relevant instrument confirmed by MT760 through a top western bank designated by or acceptable to IMG
- Client & SBI create a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in which each hold an interest, through which funds are managed
- Release of funds commences approximately 6 (Six) weeks after process is concluded

Cash Provision
Steps of Procedure
- Client issues mandate to Stone-Bird Investments (SBI) – Download
- Client signs NDNCA with SBI – Download
- Client provides CIS (Client Information Sheet) – Download
- Client provides proof of funds in value from USD 10.0million up to USD 100.0million
- Client completes schedules of Client Information Sheets (CIS)
- Client provides synopsis of Project(s)
- SBI prepares submission to Investment Management Group (IMG)
- IMG contacts Client to permit Client to undertake its due diligence
- On satisfactory discovery by the Parties the contract as drawn by IMG is established
- Client places funds in its name under its control into a top western bank designated by or acceptable to the IMG
- Client & SBI create a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in which each hold an interest, through which all investment proceeds are dispersed
- Release of funds commences approximately 6 (Six) weeks after process is concluded

In-Ground and/or Above-Ground Assets
Steps of Procedure
- Client issues mandate to Stone-Bird Investments (SBI) – Download
- Client signs NDNCA with SBI – Download
- Client provides CIS (Client Information Sheet) – Download
- Client completes schedules of Client Information Sheets (CIS)
- Client provides identification of asset with geological report where relevant
- Client provides proof of ownership of the asset(s)
- Client provides international assayers valuation of asset(s); minimum value USD 200.0million in-ground or USD 100.0million above-ground
- Client provides synopsis of project(s)
- SBI prepares submission to Investment Management Group (IMG)
- On acceptance of proposal by IMG, Client conducts its due diligence on IMG
- On satisfactory discovery by the Parties the contract as drawn by IMG is established
- Client and SBI create a Special Purpose Vehicle in which each hold an interest, through which funds are managed
- Release of funds commences approximately 6 (Six) weeks after process is concluded
